Reinspection Surveys

If asbestos has previously been identified, then under Health and Safety requirements - CAR 2012 Regulation 4 -regular inspections must be carried out to monitor the condition of the asbestos.

Re-inspection Programme

Our approach is to work closely with you to create a re-inspection programme which includes the ongoing surveys and creating and maintaining your asbestos management plan and register.

An asbestos register is a record of the location of asbestos containing material and its condition. The register will include a plan of the building and a written list locating the identified asbestos items.

As part of regulatory compliance you should also have an asbestos management plan with your asbestos register, which we can provide.
