Asbestos Surveys

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012) states that all asbestos in non-domestic premises built before 1999, needs to be identified and assessed.

At Fibre Management, we offer four different types of survey, depending on your property and requirements: 

• Asbestos Management Survey
• Asbestos Demolition Survey
• Asbestos Refurbishment Survey
• Asbestos Reinspection Survey
•  Each survey makes a ‘material assessment’ of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), either known to contain asbestos, or presumed to contain asbestos.

All our professionally written surveys, are completed to HSE guidelines-  HSG264 standards, with clear recommendations and advice.

Plus, all our surveyors hold a minimum of BOHS P402 Certification (Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling) or equivalent.
